Flexibility and Amendments

Payment Terms

Intellectual Property

All work produced remains the property of the agency until full payment is received. Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for the deliverables will transfer to the client as specified in the contract

Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with a written notice under the conditions outlined in the service plan. Termination may involve cancellation fees or payments for work completed up to the termination date

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the contract will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If necessary, mediation or arbitration will be used as outlined in the contract.

Governing Law

All contracts are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
